Your items will be shipped (subject to stock availability) upon receipt, processing and validation of your order.
You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
The tracking number of your order will be available in the shipping email.
Important : The delivery in 24H (working days) in pickup point or at home is available from Monday to Friday. If you ordered on Friday after 2 p.m, your package will only be delivered the next Thuesday.
For all order related questions, feel free to contact our service client. Our teams answer you under 24H to 48H, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 6:30 p.m, and Saturday from 9 a.m to 12 p.m and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m (Central European Time, except public holidays).
The prices displayed in the product sheets, in the category pages and in the shopping cart include, by default, the French VAT rate. For all intra-community deliveries (outside France), the final price is the one indicated on the order validation.
Please note that the import customs duties and the local taxes in the country of delivery are not included in our selling prices.
